Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical and functional abilities to develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Washington State (or compact eligible)
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to care

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric rehabilitation
• Ability to design and modify treatment plans based on patient progress
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and teams
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current PT techniques
