Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical and functional abilities to develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Washington State (or compact eligible)
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to care
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric rehabilitation
- Ability to design and modify treatment plans based on patient progress
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and teams
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current PT techniques
