Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct physical therapy evaluations and establish personalized plans of care
Assist with rounds and care conferences to optimize patient outcomes
Communicate frequently with the rehab team on progress, equipment needs, and discharge planning
Deliver treatments in patient rooms, hallways, outdoor areas, and state-of-the-art rehab gyms
Float between acute/swing, nursing home, and outpatient services as needed to make a real impact

Qualifications

Active NC Physical Therapy license
CPR certification
At least 2 years of experience, preferably 3+ years in a medical setting

Education

Physical Therapy degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Hospital setting experience
Nursing home setting experience
Proficiency with Cerner and NetHealth documentation systems
