Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to guide patient recovery
Develop personalized plans of care that make real differences
Collaborate with rehab teams on patient progress and discharge planning
Assist with rounds and care conferences for optimal outcomes
Communicate frequently about equipment needs and patient advancements
Deliver treatments across rooms, hallways, outdoor areas, and gym spaces

Qualifications

Active NC Physical Therapy license
CPR certification
At least 2 years of experience, preferably 3+ in medical settings
Hospital or nursing home experience highly valued

Education

Physical Therapy degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hospital and nursing home rehab environments
Skilled in patient evaluations and care planning
Strong team communication for progress updates
Comfortable with Cerner and NetHealth documentation
Adaptable to floating between acute, swing, nursing home, and outpatient services
