Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and apply strong clinical reasoning
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions
• Treat a diverse outpatient caseload including orthopedic, post-surgical, sports injuries and chronic pain
• Document evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist License (required)
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Education
