Location: Fort Morgan, CO

Start Date: 06-15-2026

End Date: 09-14-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (4 10-hour days), flexible schedule with potential for occasional weekend on-call

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients with various diagnoses, including developmental delay, autism, and orthopedic conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Conduct evaluations and interventions for pediatric and adult patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including PT aides and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapy license in Colorado
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Some experience working with pediatric patients
Ability to work in an outpatient setting

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Physical Therapy degree

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric physical therapy
Outpatient therapy
Assessment and treatment of developmental delays, autism, and orthopedic conditions
