Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one physical therapy evaluations and treatments
Develop personalized treatment plans for mostly orthopedic patients
Manage patient scheduling and ensure continuity of care
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab aides to support patient progress
Deliver compassionate outpatient rehabilitation services
Build lasting relationships with patients in a small community setting

Qualifications

Active Colorado PT license or Compact license
BLS certification from AHA
Strong clinical skills in outpatient physical therapy
Experience with orthopedic and varied patient populations
Excellent communication and time management abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient rehabilitation expertise
Patient evaluation and treatment planning
Orthopedic physical therapy knowledge
Effective patient scheduling and caseload management
Team collaboration and communication
