Roles & Responsibilities

Treat patients with movement dysfunction or pain to boost their ability to perform daily tasks and enhance independence
Decrease fall risk and adverse events while improving mobility and functional outcomes
Assist in recovery from surgery and support discharge planning for better patient results
Document all patient care details including evaluations, progress notes, discharges, and insurance communications
Communicate effectively with providers, insurance companies, patients, and rehab staff
Help maintain a clean and welcoming treatment environment by assisting with room cleaning, laundry, and bathrooms
Perform other duties as needed to support the team

Qualifications

Physical Therapist license in Wisconsin
Experience in outpatient or rehab settings preferred

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in pain management and mobility improvement
Strong documentation and communication skills
Patient-centered approach to care and teamwork
