Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy interventions per the PT plan of care
- Document patient progress and response to treatment accurately
- Assist with patient education and home exercise programs
- Communicate patient status clearly to the supervising PT
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards
- Support patients in restoring mobility and reaching their goals
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active California state PTA license (or ability to obtain one)
- Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Compassionate and patient-focused mindset
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient care and treatment plan implementation
- Therapy interventions and home exercise programs
- Patient progress documentation and education
- Effective communication with team members
- Safety and infection control practices
- Compliance with state and facility regulations
