Candidate Pay Rate: $40 - $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to support patient recovery and mobility
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility training, helping them regain independence
- Monitor and document patient progress clearly and professionally to guide ongoing care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs to extend progress beyond the clinic
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Active Ohio PTA license (required)
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Previous SNF or rehab experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills, with the ability to work well on a team
Education
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Therapeutic exercise techniques and mobility training
- Patient care and compassionate communication
- Clinical documentation and progress monitoring
- Patient and family education on home exercise plans
- Interdisciplinary collaboration within a skilled nursing/rehab setting
