Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Help with mobility and transfer tasks, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months experience as a personal care aide in a professional or personal care setting.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

• Patient care techniques and personal assistance skills.
• Basic BLS and CPR knowledge.
