Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver optimal outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, while monitoring patient responses
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately and timely
• Adapt quickly to changing patient conditions and unit needs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comforting environment for patients and families

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered professional license in Virginia or a compact state (as applicable)
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and varying schedules
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Commitment to patient safety, privacy, and quality care standards
