Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a variety of conditions
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and strategies
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to treatment goals

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license or compact eligibility
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience with pediatric patients is preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of pediatric physical therapy techniques
• Skilled in patient assessment and individualized treatment planning
• Comfortable using electronic medical records
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment
