Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a variety of conditions
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and strategies
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to treatment goals
Qualifications
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist license or compact eligibility
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience with pediatric patients is preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of pediatric physical therapy techniques
- Skilled in patient assessment and individualized treatment planning
- Comfortable using electronic medical records
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment
