Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist pediatric dentists during procedures, making little ones feel at ease
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments to ensure a safe environment
• Take and process dental X-rays with precision and care
• Educate children and parents on fun, practical oral hygiene habits
• Maintain a spotless and organized treatment area for every patient
• Deliver warm, compassionate care that keeps smiles healthy and bright

Qualifications

• Current Dental Assistant certification or licensure in Wisconsin (if applicable)
• CPR/BLS certification to keep everyone safe
• Experience with pediatric patients? Big plus!
• Excellent communication and a friendly, reassuring approach
• Availability to work the shift from 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid grasp of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Know-how in dental radiography (X-ray) techniques
• Strong organizational skills to juggle a busy schedule
• Patience and empathy when caring for kids
• Comfort with dental software and accurate record keeping
