Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care for medical/surgical patients
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and responses to care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery
• Maintain a safe, healing environment for every patient

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire (or compact license where applicable)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Prior med/surg nursing experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of medical-surgical nursing principles
• Proficiency in patient assessment and care planning
• Skilled in medication administration and IV therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) and documentation systems
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and unit demands
