Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) machine, ensuring safe and effective patient treatments.
• Manage two columns/operatories to maximize patient flow and minimize wait times.
• Assist the dental hygienist with patient preparation, instrument setup, and procedure support.
• Sterilize and organize dental instruments, following infection control protocols.
• Document patient treatment notes and support a welcoming, comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a dental assistant or hygiene assistant is a bonus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!
• Comfort operating a GBT machine and managing two operatories simultaneously.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain one before starting.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient-centered approach.

• Knowledge of dental terminology and hygiene procedures
