Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take and develop dental x-rays with accuracy and care
• Provide patients with friendly, clear oral hygiene instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
• Support a welcoming, kid-friendly environment for our young patients

Qualifications

• Current Dental Assistant certification or license as required by Wisconsin state regulations
• Radiology/X-ray certification preferred
• Experience working with pediatric patients is a huge plus
• Strong communication skills and a warm, compassionate demeanor
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative dental team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
• Proficiency with dental software and patient management systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
• A knack for making kids feel comfortable and at ease
