Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care to patients of all ages
• Perform dental cleanings, polishings, and fluoride treatments
• Take and develop dental x-rays with precision
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
• Document patient care accurately using electronic health records
• Collaborate with dentists to develop personalized patient care plans

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Strong communication and patient-facing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a dental practice is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Proficiency with dental radiography and imaging
• Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Excellent patient education and communication skills
• Comfort with dental software and electronic records
• Attention to detail and a gentle touch
