Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to residents with dignity
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Support mobility and safe transfers to keep residents comfortable and secure
• Collaborate with nurses and caregivers to ensure each resident's needs are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and families

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Must bring a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
• Ability to provide warm, attentive care to residents
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to complete all facility background checks and requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of patient care techniques and ADLs
• Skills in vital signs monitoring and accurate documentation
• Empathy and patience when supporting residents
• Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols
• Effective communication with residents, families, and the healthcare team
