Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapy for patients of all ages
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure a comfortable patient experience
• Document patient care and update dental records accurately
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Experience with dental software and radiography
• A gentle touch and caring attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental prophylaxis and scaling and root planing
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and OSHA standards
• Skill in dental radiography and imaging
• Ability to educate and motivate patients on oral health
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
