Roles & Responsibilities

• Triage patients quickly and efficiently in the emergency department
• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients across the lifespan
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
• Educate patients and families on ongoing care and health management

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or compact state
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
• Strong critical thinking and triage skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
• Previous emergency department experience is a plus, but new graduates with a passion for ER nursing are encouraged to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of emergency nursing standards and best practices
• Skill in patient assessment, triage, and rapid decision-making
• Proficiency with electronic health records
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptability to handle unpredictable situations
