Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments for pediatric patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and feeding disorders
- Provide direct therapy to help patients improve speech clarity, language comprehension, and safe swallowing
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and other therapists to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Educate families on techniques to support communication and swallowing at home
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
- BLS certification required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- In-depth knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders
- Skilled in administering speech and swallowing evaluations
- Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate therapy activities
- Proficient in electronic medical records documentation
- Team-oriented mindset with a patient-centered approach
