Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of pediatric dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
• Take and develop dental X-rays with care and accuracy
• Educate young patients and their families on proper oral hygiene
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

• Current Dental Assistant certification or state registration (as required by WI)
• X-ray certification (Radiology/BLS) is a plus
• Previous experience in a dental office, especially pediatric, is preferred
• A positive, patient-friendly attitude and comfort working with children
• Ability to work as-needed per diem shifts

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of dental procedures and instrumentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team
