Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, ensuring a calm and positive experience for our young patients
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment, maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Take and develop dental X-rays, and manage patient records with accuracy and care
• Educate children and parents on good oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
• Support the front desk team with scheduling and patient flow as needed

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Assistant certification/licensure in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus, but a warm, patient, and cheerful attitude is a must
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Ability to work a shift from 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM on the assignment date

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization techniques
• Comfort with digital radiography and dental software
• Excellent communication skills with children and parents
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment
