Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist with a variety of procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms according to safety standards
• Take and develop dental x-rays with care and precision
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment flow
• Deliver compassionate care to patients of all ages in a kid-friendly environment

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or state-specific certification in Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Previous experience in a dental office, preferably pediatric dentistry
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
• Proficient in digital radiography and dental software
• Strong infection control and sterilization practices
• Customer service and patient education skills
• Team collaboration and adaptability
