Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients and residents
• Monitor vital signs and patient conditions, reporting changes to supervising staff
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create effective care plans
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-care instructions

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maryland
• Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or equivalent
• Completion of COVID-19 vaccination series or approved medical/religious exemption
• Valid state or federal issued photo ID
• Prior clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to adapt quickly to new facilities and teams

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong foundation in nursing principles and evidence-based practice
• Patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Critical thinking and quick decision-making in dynamic environments
• Comfort with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
