Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care
• Assist physicians and nurses with clinical procedures
• Prepare examination rooms and maintain sterile equipment
• Accurately document patient information in electronic health records
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Current Medical Assistant certification or diploma
• BLS certification required
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Phlebotomy and specimen collection
• Electronic medical records (EMR) proficiency
• Accurate vital signs measurement
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Patient-centered care approach
