Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families
• Assist healthcare providers with clinical procedures and patient examinations
• Take and record vital signs, patient history, and other essential health information
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure supplies are stocked and ready
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
• Skilled in taking vital signs and performing patient intake
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
