Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure a safe and compassionate environment for patients and families

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Pennsylvania
• BLS/CPR certification
• Previous LPN experience preferred, but new grads are welcome
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Medication administration and dosage calculation
• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
• Effective communication and teamwork
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
