Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-care instructions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient environment

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania (or compact state)
• Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of patient care procedures and medication administration
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with patients and families
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong documentation habits
