Shift Type: Per Diem, 8-hour shifts (flexible; days vary)

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Document care provided and observe residents for changes in condition
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Qualifications
- Active Connecticut CNA certification
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Ability to assist with daily living activities and vital signs
