Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately
- Support patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Communicate effectively with the nursing team to ensure quality care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Document patient care activities in a timely and accurate manner
Qualifications
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Connecticut
- Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of basic patient care techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail in documentation and reporting
- Time management and prioritization abilities
