Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately
• Support patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Communicate effectively with the nursing team to ensure quality care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Document patient care activities in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Connecticut
• Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of basic patient care techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail in documentation and reporting
• Time management and prioritization abilities
