Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to PCU patients during critical night hours
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Advocate for patients ensuring their needs are met around the clock
Implement care plans that make a real difference in recovery journeys

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
BLS and ACLS certifications
Recent PCU or progressive care experience preferred
Commitment to patient-centered care with a positive attitude

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in PCU-level interventions and telemetry monitoring
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Adaptability to fast-paced night shift environment
