Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Hours per Week: 24

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to progressive care unit patients, making a real difference in their recovery
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes, showcasing your clinical expertise
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create impactful treatment plans
Educate patients and families, empowering them on their health journey
Maintain accurate documentation to ensure seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
PCU or equivalent experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Compassionate team player ready for a rewarding contract

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and telemetry
Expertise in managing complex patient conditions
Excellent communication and patient advocacy
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
