Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents to understand their unique needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans that empower independence
- Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance function, daily living skills, and safety
- Collaborate closely with nursing and rehab staff for outstanding outcomes
- Maintain precise documentation in line with regulations
Qualifications
- Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
- Commitment to quality care and positive patient outcomes
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
