Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional occupational therapy services in outpatient and home health settings, making a real difference in patients' lives
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, quality care
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans following OT practice guidelines
• Document accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Support patient safety and quality outcomes in every interaction

Qualifications

• Active Montana license as an Occupational Therapist (OTR)
• Must be proficient with electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation
• Experience in outpatient and/or home health settings is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to variable scheduling and patient needs

• Knowledge of Occupational Therapy practice guidelines
• Patient care and evaluation skills
