Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (8 hrs NBO)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain timely and accurate patient records to ensure top-notch care
Supervise assistant and aide staff with guidance from the governing board
Design and fabricate custom splints based on doctors' prescriptions
Create and administer personalized treatment programs to boost patients' functioning
Utilize therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance strength, range of motion, and fine-motor coordination

Qualifications

Missouri State License (required)
LTC or Rehab experience (required)
2 years of OT experience (preferred)

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation
Skilled in handling cognitive, dietary, and neurological diagnoses
Experience with short-term rehab and long-term care residents
Strong collaboration with nursing teams and doctors
