Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions affecting self-care, mobility, and independence
Provide specialized hand therapy and upper extremity splinting to restore function
Conduct wheelchair assessments and home safety evaluations to support patient independence
Deliver cognitive and neurological therapy tailored to each patient's unique needs
Collaborate with healthcare team members to create meaningful, therapist-driven treatment plans
Follow patients from initial evaluation through discharge, celebrating every milestone along the way

Qualifications

Current unencumbered Oregon Occupational Therapist license
Healthcare Provider BLS certification
At least 1 year of experience in rehabilitation therapy
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Education

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current Oregon OT license required
