Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered inpatient rehabilitation treatments to help patients regain function and independence
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to identify goals and track progress
• Guide patients through activities of daily living (ADLs) and therapeutic exercises
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, and rehab aides to optimize patient outcomes
• Adapt treatment plans to each patient's unique needs, celebrating milestones along the way
• Participate in weekend coverage rotation to ensure patients receive consistent care

Qualifications

• Active BLS certification (required)
• At least 1 year of experience in inpatient rehabilitation
• Solid understanding of inpatient rehab principles and protocols
• A collaborative spirit and ability to flex with the team
• Openness to working weekends (minimum 2 per 4-week period)
• Strong patient evaluation and documentation skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of inpatient rehabilitation treatments and best practices
• Skill in assisting with ADLs and therapeutic interventions
• Patient evaluation and care planning abilities
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Teamwork and interdisciplinary communication
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced rehab environment
