Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT
• Educate patients on prescribed exercises and safety techniques
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to deliver quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Oklahoma PTA License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
