Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients in a fast-paced trauma level 3 emergency department
• Develop and coordinate individualized nursing care plans
• Advocate for patients and ensure compassionate, quality care
• Supervise and delegate to assigned personnel effectively
• Collaborate with ER physicians and nursing leadership for optimal outcomes
• Document care using PointClick EMR with accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

• Three or more years of emergency room nursing experience
• Active RN license in Oregon or compact state - must be currently active
• BLS/BCLS certification required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with PointClick EMR is a plus
• Strong patient assessment and critical-thinking skills
