Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
• Provide hands-on therapy interventions and exercises to improve patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license
• BLS/BCLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in physical therapy assessment and treatment modalities
• Proficiency in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of electronic medical records and documentation standards
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and caseloads
