Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists during exams and procedures, ensuring a smooth patient flow
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms so everything is ready when patients arrive
• Take and process dental X-rays with care and precision
• Educate patients on aftercare, oral hygiene, and orthodontic treatment plans
• Document patient information accurately using Denticon software
• Maintain the highest standards of infection control and patient safety

Qualifications

• Must be orthodontic certified (we are looking for you!)
• Experience as an orthodontic assistant is required, with proficiency in Denticon a plus
• Strong patient care skills and a friendly chairside manner
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dental environment
• State licensure/certification in Maryland as applicable
