Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans that support each patient's unique communication goals
  • Document all services accurately and in compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to optimize outcomes
  • Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols in every interaction

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (MS/MA) from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Active Massachusetts SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) - CFY candidates welcome
  • Strong communication, documentation, and clinical problem-solving skills
  • A passion for helping patients improve their quality of life through better communication and swallowing function

Education

  • Master's degree (MS/MA) from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program

Knowledge & Skills

  • Skilled in evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Ability to create evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Accurate and thorough clinical documentation
  • Team player who thrives on interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Clinical problem-solving to address complex cases with confidence
