Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to restore mobility
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions that reduce pain and improve function
• Help patients build strength, balance, and independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home programs
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
• Keep accurate and timely clinical documentation to support continuity of care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Oklahoma PT license or eligibility to obtain one
• Rehabilitation experience is a plus
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
