Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology procedures
• Prepare and position patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the procedure
• Operate advanced imaging equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images
• Monitor patient vital signs and promptly report any changes to the care team
• Document procedures accurately and maintain a sterile environment
• Collaborate with nurses and technologists to deliver exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• Current CVT or RCIS registration - you're the expert we need!
• AHA ACLS and BLS certifications (must be current)
• ARRT(RT) certification in radiologic technology
• At least 1 year of experience in a Cath Lab/Angio setting
• A high school diploma or equivalent (required for CAP compliance)

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology
• Proficiency with imaging equipment and diagnostic procedures
• Knowledge of Point Click EMR system
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
