Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammograms with compassion and precision
• Position patients and explain procedures to ensure comfort and understanding
• Conduct quality assurance tests on mammography equipment to maintain safety and accuracy
• Collaborate with radiologists to capture clear images for accurate diagnoses
• Maintain meticulous patient records and follow safety protocols

Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification in Mammography required
• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
• Proven experience performing screening and diagnostic mammograms
• Proficiency in mammography quality assurance and equipment QC
• Willingness to complete Prime Core Competencies, Skills Checklist, and Specialty Exam as part of onboarding

Knowledge & Skills

• Mammography imaging techniques and patient positioning
• Screening and diagnostic mammogram procedures
• Quality assurance (QA) processes and compliance
• Strong communication and patient comfort skills
• BLS and emergency response readiness
