Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and prioritize care needs
Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
Perform vital procedures like EKGs, blood draws, and IV starts
Document patient progress to ensure seamless continuity of care
Initiate emergency responses swiftly to safeguard lives
Collaborate with physicians, families, and staff for optimal resident outcomes
Educate patients and families with compassion and clarity

Qualifications

CA licensed LVN
Current BLS level CPR certification
Good physical stamina for walking, bending, and lifting
Strong mental resilience to handle challenging patient behaviors
Excellent English communication skills verbal and written

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and emergency resuscitation
Medication administration and documentation
EKGs, blood draws, and IV starts
Microsoft Office for organizing patient data
Interpersonal and problem-solving prowess
