Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in an acute care setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor patient vital signs and promptly report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient care and assessments thoroughly and timely
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care instructions
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Texas
- Current BLS certification required
- Previous acute care or rehabilitation nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing patient needs
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of acute care nursing principles and best practices
- Proficient in medication administration and dosage calculations
- Skilled in patient assessment, monitoring, and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with patients, families, and the care team
