Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Every other weekend, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM with every other holiday

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to patients daily
Administer medications and monitor vital signs with precision
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create personalized care plans
Support residents in achieving their highest level of wellness
Document patient progress to ensure continuity of care
Foster a safe and nurturing environment for all

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing
Current BLS certification
Commitment to every other weekend and holiday availability
Experience in long-term care or similar settings preferred

Education

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment abilities
Excellent communication with patients and teams
Proficiency in medication administration
Empathy and patience in resident interactions
Attention to detail in documentation
