Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct, compassionate patient care in accordance with facility policies and care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and document thoroughly
Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team promptly
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and follow-up needs
Maintain accurate, timely charting and ensure regulatory compliance
Support a positive, team-oriented environment and mentor junior staff when appropriate

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (or compact/reciprocal license where applicable)
Completion of an accredited LPN program or equivalent practical nursing education
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills; patient-centered attitude

Education

Diploma or certificate from an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic wound care and dressing change techniques
Familiarity with electronic health records and bedside charting
Vital sign assessment, patient monitoring, and early recognition of changes
Infection control practices and safety protocols
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced clinical setting
